How To Enjoy Your Valentine's Day Wine

The Classic Meal for Two
Your choice of Valentine's Day wine special in this case, would depend upon the meal you are planning to serve. Pairing the wine and food will enhance the enjoyment of the meal and may even impress your partner for the evening. If the meal is light and salad based or has a white meat focus such as chicken or pork then option 1 including our Californian Zinfandel would be most appropriate. A pasta meal or seafood dish would be well paired with option 2 including our Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. For dishes with a red meat focus or spicy dishes such as chillis or curries, here option 3 including our Californian Cabernet Sauvignon would be well suited. For all options, the Prosecco and Grand Rosé are ideal aperitifs or equally ideal for post meal relaxation.
Soaking in the Bathtub or Lounging in the Hot tub
Depending upon your level of familiarity with your partner for the evening, how about preparing them an amazing hot bath with scented candles, bath fizzers and warm, fluffy towels? If you're lucky enough to own a hot tub or you can arrange to hire one for a couple of days (this is surprisingly easy and inexpensive), you can add a little fun to the evening to complement the relaxation.
