A wonderfully intense red wine made using grapes from some of Italy's oldest and finest vineyards growing the Nebbiolo grape. Its deep garnet red colour invites the consumer to experience the dry, warm and persistent red berry fruit flavours and rich, sumptuous plum bouquet. It's at its very best when enjoyed with roasted meats and courses involving strongly flavoured cheeses. Truly a perfect example of Italian wine making excellence.
A DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita) wine is made using closely controlled and monitored production methods. Only wines showing consistently high standards earn promotion to DOCG status, with the 'G' denoting an additional “garantita,” or guarantee, by the Italian government to be wines of especially high quality.

A Wines with a cork are fine to be stored standing up. Keep all wines away from bright light (both natural or artificial) and keep at a cool and constant temperature, ideally between 10-15°C.
Q Should I decant this wine?
A You don’t need to decant this wine, but, any wine can be decanted. The reason for decanting is to aerate the wine; a lot of young wines can be tight or closed on the nose or palate. By slowly pouring the wine into the decanter it takes in oxygen which helps to open up the aromas and flavours.
