FRASCATI SUPERIORE DOC WHITE WINE

This is a wonderful, fresh white wine made from mainly malvasia grapes grown in the vineyards around Italy's capitol city. Its delicate straw yellow colour leads on to a light, refreshing floral fragrance and on the palate, you can expect to experience a tangy, pleasing persistance. 

Serve at 8-10° and enjoy with fish courses and light salads.

• A You don’t need to decant this wine, but, any wine can be decanted. The reason for decanting is to aerate the wine; a lot of young wines can be tight or closed on the nose or palate. By slowly pouring the wine into the decanter it takes in oxygen which helps to open up the aromas and flavours.
