Wine Description:

Our Le Clivie Grand Grand Rosé Extra Dry sparkling wine is a wonderful aperitif and also extremely enjoyable with a meal of fish, white meat or salads and light vegetarian dishes. The method of production is the same as our award winning Prosecco but we use a blend of white and red grapes from some of the Veneto region's oldest and most established vineyards, to give this wine its unique subtle flavour and characteristics.

This exciting pink sparkler is of suprisingly high quality, given its price point, and many have expressed great delight upon tasting it. It is a subtle salmon pink in colour, elegant with gentle flavours of fresh, ripe summer fruits, rose flower aromas and has a delicate, fruity sweetness.

A Serve this wine chilled (7-10°C) to ensure that you get the best characteristics out of the wine.
Q How long will this wine last once it’s opened?
A Once opened, sparkling wine should be consumed within 24 hours.
Q How should I store this wine?
A Always store wines sealed with a cork on their side to ensure that the wine inside the bottle remains in contact with the cork, keeping it moist. Keep all wines away from bright light (both natural or artificial) and keep at a cool and constant temperature, ideally between 10-15°C.
Q Should I decant this wine?
A You can serve our Grand Rosé straight from the bottle into flutes, but any wine can be decanted. The reason for decanting is to aerate the wine, decanting can help a younger vintage open up, calm down the effervescence and let the aromas develop.
