What better way to relax when you're done than with a delicious sparkling cocktail? We have a rather special embellishment for your Prosecco or your Grand Rosé to help you chill out after all the frantic activity. Try this, we think you'll love it:

Raspberry Martini Sparkle

We think this one might count as one of your five a day! The result certainly has enough colour to put the Christmas tree decorations to shame. For this Prosecco cocktail, freeze a couple of dozen large raspberries beforehand. Add one third of a litre of Martini to a bowl along with half as much gin. These quantities are enough to accompany 2 75cl bottles of Premier Estates Prosecco. If you can chill the flutes in the freezer before serving as well, then this will add to the appeal of the drink and your guest may like a half spoon of caster sugar or icing sugar to counter the sharpness of the frozen raspberries in the glass.

Peach Bellini

Another great little taste sensation that will definitely have them licking their lips and it's just so simple and quick to put together. Just fill a wine flute to half way the fresh peach juice, add a little crushed ice and then top up the flute with some award winning Premier Estates Prosecco. Add a fresh peach slice to finish it off.
