Pink Prosecco Cocktail Creativity

Drink Pink Fizz With Added Adventure

There's nothing quite like relaxing with a glass of pink fizz! Our Grand Rosé pink sparkler has cool bubbly decadence in abundance and we'd love you to reward yourself after a hard day's work. But even the best experience can always be enhanced, so we've got a few quick and simple but sensational "Pink Prosecco" cocktail ideas for you to treat yourself or your guests to an enhanced pink fizz experience:

Pink Fizzy Gin

You will need:
  • A splash of gin (pink gin if you can find some!)
  • Premier Estates Grand Rosé "Pink Prosecco"
  • Elderflower syrup
  • Mint and a cucumber slice
  • Crushed ice

Gin and Pink sparkling wine is always a very popular combination and the additional sweetness of the elderflower syrup in this fizzy wonder is just perfect. Add a single measure of Gin to a flute glass (about 20 to 25ml) and follow with a dash of elderflower syrup or cordial. Top the glass up with chilled Grand Rosé, a little crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint and a cucumber slice.

Sparkly Rosé Margarita

You will need:

  • Simple syrup (a little sugar dissolved in a little water)
  • A shot of Tequila
  • 3/4 of a glass of Grand Rosé
  • Lime juice
  • Crushed Ice
  • If you like, you can wet the rim of the glass and dip it in sugar, beforehand

Everyone loves a Margarita and we love pink Margaritas even more! This one is really easy. Just mix a little simple syrup, a teaspoon of sugar and a little water, pop in a shot of Tequila. Top up your glass with the Grand Rosé, add a squeeze of lime juice and a little crushed ice. Stir gently and enjoy!

Temptingly Tropical Guava Pink Fizz

You will need:

  • Grand Rosé
  • Sliced Guava
  • Crushed Ice
If you ever needed an excuse to buy a guava in the supermarket, this is it! Guavas are great and this tasty little cocktail definitely has hints of Lilt going on. It's definitely the simplest of the lot too. Just add slices of Guava to your glass of Grand Rosé and add a little crushed ice. Stir it gently for a while to allow the subtle flavours of the guava to mingle with the sweetness of the Grand Rosé. We think this cocktail will be one that you'll revisit frequently.
Go on, be adventurous!
